Shipping policy

The Narwhal now ships within Canada and to the US and Europe!

ATTENTION US CUSTOMERS: For international deliveries, you may be subject to the import duties and/or taxes of your respective country. The Narwhal cannot predict, nor can be held responsible, for any charges that are incurred from customs fees/duties whatsoever. The Narwhal will not accept returned orders on final sale items in which customs fees were not paid by the customer.  Contact your local customs office for any additional information.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, specifying your approximate delivery date. The Narwhal has no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

The Narwhal is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
